Overview
This application reports on all stock take variances, the user can select to either create a summary report or a detailed report.
Function
Generate the Report
Select the following information:
•Stock Take Code - select the stock take code using the picker
•Store Code - select the store range using the picker
•Bin Code - select the bin code range using the picker
•Item Code - select the item code range using the picker
•Report Option - select the option 'Full Report' to report on all stock items with or without variances or 'Variances Only' for items only with variances.
•Report Type - select the type of report to generate; summary or detail
•Currency - select the base currency to report in.
•Status Criteria - Select the status of the stock counted for which you wish to generate the report.
Select the 
button to generate the report.
The report options will look different for clients using the manufacturing module with an added report type option, Detail with Serial numbers:
