Overview

 

This application generates a report on the stock take variances exceeding a nominated value.

Function

 

Generate the Report

 

 

Select the following information:

 

•Stock Take Code - select the stock take code for which the report is needed from the picker.

•Abs Variance Value - enter the variance value to report on.

•Bin Location - select the bin location to report on using the picker.

•Group by Category - select 'Yes' to have the report grouped by categories.

•Order By - select the order by which the report should be sequenced:

oAbs Variance Value

oBin, Item Code

•Tick the 'Show serial numbers' box in order to view the serial numbers for the items in the selected stock take code where applicable.

 

Select the button to generate the results.
