Overview
This application allows the user to do an inquiry on travel advances as well as general travel claims.
This application also allows for restricted viewing access which can be maintained using the Profile Maintenance application.
Function
Click on the button.
Period Selection Options - Allows the user to select the period in which they would like to search for the relevant Claim.
Search Criteria:
Searches can be specified to ensure accurate results are retrieved.
When selecting the next to The Value field it will show a list of the different options that falls under the search criteria you have specified.
An example of the Lookup when selecting in the search criteria section:
When you have completed entering all desired search criteria click on the button.
Your results will then be retrieved. The information shown on a claim will be as follows:
To return to the search options select the or buttons.
Results can be printed by selecting or exported to Microsoft Excel by selecting .
