Overview
This application allows the user to create and maintain stock take sets. Count sheets can also be generated and printed from this application.
Functionality is available when a Stock Take has been activated, certain transactions against items included in that stock take will be disabled. This functionality is parameter driven.
Function
Scan Count Option: This option is used for stock takes which are normally completed using scanners, but can be done manually by selecting this tick box.
Monthly Stock Count: This is used for the monthly stock take.
Random: This option allows the user to count a specific number of items that will be randomly selected by the system.
Specific: This option allows the users to count specific items that are individually selected.
Specific Item According to Issue Date: This option allows the users to count items that were issued between the selected issue dates.

•If the 
is checked, when the stock take is activated, all DeltaERP menus will have to be closed. Users will have to close their own menus before you can activate the stock take. No user will be able to log in again until the stock take has been posted using the Stock Take Posting application. This not only applies to the stores processing applications but the entire DeltaERP menu. This process works similar to the DeltaERP updates process.
