Overview
The purpose of the application is to process all production receipts that has failed the tolerance check between weight and mass when received through the Production receipts application. There are 3 options to process the receipts and thereby moving the stock to a store from which it can be used. None of the items in Quarantine store are available for picking.
Function
When opening the application, click the 
button and all the items in Quarantine stock awaiting processing will be loaded in the grid. Alternatively a specific item code can be chosen by using the Item Code 
.
Select the line you want to process and the fields at the bottom will populate with the data of that line.
Click on the 
button and select the relevant option to process the specific line.
Re-Measure: The Ticket No, Item Code, Ticket Type and Ticket Stock No will be populated. Enter the meters and mass as re-measured and select 
. The stock item will be moved to the finished goods stock and can be accessed for finished goods picking in other applications. A new label will print without the word 'Quarantined' but the barcode remains unchanged.
Change Item: This option allows the user to change the item code for which the production receipt was done. When you select 'Change Item' the Item Code, Ticket Type, Destination Store, Meters Mass and Asset fields will be enabled. Select the desired item code from the picker, change the Ticket Type if required, select the destination store and enter the relevant meters and mass. Select 'OK' and the new item with its related mass and dimension will be posted to the destination store. As with 'Re-measure' option a new label will print and the item will be accessible for picking through other applications.
Downgrade: When you select the 'Downgrade' option only Grade, Downgrade Reason and Destination store fields are enabled. Select the grade for the roll. For B grade no cost reduction will be done. For C grade the cost of the roll will be adjusted to raw material cost only. Enter the reason for the downgrade and the store. Only Cash store is available for selection for both B and C grade options. Select 'OK' and the item will be posted to the Cash Store at the selected Grade and Cost depending on the option chosen. A label will print with the grade of the roll. B and C grade rolls are only available for cash sales and cannot be allocated to a sales order or a sales picking slip.
The 
button will give you the following options:
'Current Quarantined Stock' - Will generate a report on all stock currently in the quarantine store.
'All Quarantine Stock' - Shows stock which have already been processed, no current stock is displayed in this report.
