Overview
This application allows the user to generate a report to show the budget per period per project for a selected financial year.
Function
Select the following information:
•Project Selection - select the project 'From' and 'To' using the picker or enter the information manually. The Project To field will automatically be updated with the information entered in the Project From field. This can be changed.
•Budget Selection - select the budget year, type and version using the pickers provided. The Budget Version drop down list will populate with information based on the Budget Type selection.
•Votes - select the votes for which you wish to view the report. The votes will all be selected by default.
•Report Type - choose the type of report to generate by selecting the applicable radio button.
•Round - select this option to round off the values to the nearest thousand
Select the 
button to generate the report.
