Overview
This application allows the user to generate a report on all activities for the selected date range or period for selected options.
Function
Generate the Report
Select the following criteria for generating the report:
•Period or Date Range - Select whether you wish to generate a report based on a specific period or a selected date range. The Date Range section will be enabled when you select the Date Range radio button and the Period will be disabled.
•Levels - Select which project level to report on.
•Period and Date Range - This is editable based on the Date Selection.
•Votes - select the votes for which you wish to view the report. The votes will all be selected by default.
•Project Range - select the project 'From' and 'To' using the picker or enter the information manually. The Project To field will automatically be updated with the information entered in the Project From field. This can be changed.
•Nature Range - Select the Nature Range for the projects. Leave blank to select all natures. The Nature To range will automatically be updated with the information entered in the Nature From field but can be changed.
•Exclude Labour Natures - This option will be ticked by default. Untick to include.
•Summary - Check this box if you want a summary version of the report.
•Include History - Tick this box to include history data in the report generated.
Select the button to generate the print preview.

If you are using the translation functionality, the descriptions on the generated report will be translated to your selected language.
