Overview
This application allows the user to generate a report with the project costs shown per vote.
Function
Select the following information to generate the report:
•Period Range - select the financial period 'From' and 'To' using the picker.
•Currency - The report can be generated in any of your base currencies.
•Budget Selection - Select which version you wish to generate the report for.
•Votes - select the votes for which you wish to view the report. The votes will all be selected by default.
•Budget Type Selection - Choose between Actual, Budget, Forecast and LOM.
•Budget Version Selection - Select which version you wish to generate the report for.
•Project Selection - select the project 'From' and 'To' using the picker or enter the information manually. The Project To field will automatically be updated with the information entered in the Project From field. This can be changed.
•Report options - Select the level you wish to generate the report for.
•Each vote on new page - Display each vote on a new page when generating the report.
•Include zero balance projects - Leave unchecked to exclude zero balances.
•Show Active Projects Only - Only projects with an 'Active' status will be shown in the report.
•Include Commitments - Leave unchecked to exclude commitments
•Exclude Capitalization Transactions - This box is ticked by default but can be unticked.
•Hide Project Codes - Leave unchecked to show project codes in the generated report.
Select the button to generate the print preview.
