Overview
This application allows the user to generate a ledger list for selected project\s. If you are using the translation functionality, transaction descriptions and comments will be displayed in the language you have selected in the 'My Settings' menu.
Function
Select the following information:
•Period Selection - select the financial period 'From' and 'To' using the picker
•Votes - select the votes for which you wish to view the report. The votes will all be selected by default.
•Reporting Currency - select the type of currency that the report should be generated in.
•Project Selection - select the project 'From' and 'To' using the picker or enter the information manually. The Project To field will automatically be updated with the information entered in the Project From field. This can be changed.
•Display Option - check the selection boxes of extra alternatives for the report generation. More than one can be checked at a time.
Select the 
button to generate the report.
When this report is exported to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet the following columns will also be shown:
•Project Vote Code and Name
•Project Group and Name
•Project Sub-Group and Name
•Asset Class
