The property administration module can be sued to administer all lettable company owned assets.  The module integrates fully with accounts receivable, bank and cash, accounts payable and planned maintenance modules.  Properties owned by third parties can also be administered using the DeltaERP property module, with rental income and associated expenses automatically accruing to the landlord's account.

 

The module allows the user to maintain and view tenants per property, outstanding rental invoices, vacancies and lease terms.  The system calculates interest on all outstanding amounts on demand.
