Overview
Charge Types are definitions of chargeable amounts which are processed in the rent roll. These are typically defined as Rent, Security, and Electricity etc. VAT can optionally be applied to certain Charge Types, and some Charge Types can be defined as Metered charges, where consumption would be metered and charged accordingly.
Function
Charge Types may not be deleted if they have already been used in rent roll transactions.
Select the Charge Type Code using the picker. Once the Charge Type has been selected, the Charge Type name, Measure Type and Nature will be populated.
Click on the 
button to edit the selected Charge Type. Click on the 
button to print the report.
