Overview
This application allows you to set up and maintain all master file information relating to Management Operating System (further on referred to as MOS).
At the bottom of this help page you can view how to access each data sheet.
Function
When the application is opened you will be able to view the Departments tab.
This tab allows you to set up various departments such as safety, mining, engineering, etc.
The Data Types tab allows you to specify data type codes and names such as drill and blasting, mining, SHEQ incidents, etc.
The Data Import Sheets tab allows you to create and maintain all relevant data sheets applicable to input data relating to MOS. The data import sheets are linked to data types and will contain the actual data to be imported.
The Employee Links tab allows you to create links between an individual employee and their departments/data types or import sheets. This will allow employees to have access to specific data that they are responsible for and will restrict them from having access to other data without permission.
The left side of the grid will show all employees available but not linked.
The right side of the grid will display all the employees linked to the selected combination of department, data type and data import sheets.
