Overview
This application allows the user to capture medical stock of a specific medical item based on the active ingredient, strength and the quantity.
Function
•Patient - select the name of the patient by clicking on the picker.
•Visit code - select the visit code of the patient by clicking on the picker.
•Click on 
in order to complete the rest of the fields.
•Issued by - select the name of the Dr that issued the medication to the patient.
•Medical store - select the store name.
•Active ingredient - select the name of the ingredient by clicking on the picker.
•Strength - select the strength of the medication by clicking on the picker.
•Item - select the name of the item by clicking on the picker.
•Batch number - select the number by clicking on the picker.
•Dosage type - select the type of dosage from the list provided.
•Item qty - enter in the amount needed of the item selected.
•Repeats - enter in the number of repeats.
All the item details will be shown in the following grid:
