Overview
Item description change is where new descriptions for items are either approved or rejected.The items awaiting approval will appear in the display grid when the application is opened.
Function
Approve a description
Select the item description to approve, in the display grid, and select the 
button.
The 
button will generate a new item descriptions report:
The 
button will refresh the grid ensuring all data displayed is up to date.
The 
button displays a history of any item description changes:
