Overview
This application allows the user to generate meter readings of guest houses by selecting the specified guest house and occupation and departure dates.
Function
When the application is opened, you will view the following:
To create a new guest house, click on the 
button.
Guest house – select the name of the guest house by clicking on the picker.
Occupant type – select either employee, contractor or visitor using the drop-down arrow.
Debtor code – select the code/name of the debtor by clicking on the picker.
Occupy date – select the occupy date by clicking on the drop down-arrow.
Departure date – select the date of departure by clicking on the drop-down arrow.
Click on the 
button to post.
Existing Guest Houses can be amended and deleted.
