Overview
This application allows the user to generate a sequence report based on the contract status and the building name.
Function
When the application is opened, you will view the following:
Contract Status – select whether the contract is active, closed or all.
Contract – select the building name by clicking on the picker.
The 
button allows you to generate a report preview.
