Overview
The Gate pass enquiry application show details of a gate pass selected, based on the search criteria. This application also contains all the gate pass reports.
Function
When the application is opened, you will view the following:
Complete the selection criteria as required.
Search has the following options:
For Records has the following selection options:
The Value field can be completed with any typed in value as required.
Click on the 
button to load the results. The results will be displayed in the grid:
The 
button allows you to reprint a gate pass.
Double click on a line in the grid to open the Information tab which will display detailed information of the selected line:
The Report tab has the following options:
Select the report you wish to view and click on the 
button to generate a report preview.
