Overview
This application allows the user to capture results from a counselling session.
Function
Capture a Counselling Session
Select the patient's visit code to capture the results using the picker in the Visitor field.
The patients information will appear in the left screen. Select the 
button to enter the counselling results.
Select the following information:
•Type of counselling and Testing - select the type of session done.
•CD4 Staging - select the CD4 code and stage.
•HIV Positive - select the option if the patient is HIV positive.
•Result of Visit - select the result option.
•Doctor - select the name of the doctor.
•Date - select the date by clicking on the drop down arrow.
•Notes - enter any relevant notes to the counseling session.
Select the 
button to save the record.
Select the 
button to cancel the record.
