Overview
This application allows the user to make additions to a selected fixed asset's cost price, and view the posted and unposted additions.
Function
Additions capture
•Period - select the financial period by clicking on the picker.
•Transaction view - select either to the selected period, up to selected period or all periods.
•Asset code - select the code by clicking on the picker,
•Once the asset code has been selected, the remaining fields will automatically be entered.
•Value ZAR - the value that is entered will affect the NBV.
•Value USD - the amount that has been entered into the ZAR field will be converted into dollars.
Unposted additions
Allows you to view all the unposted addition journals.
Posted addition journals
Allows you to view all the posted addition journals.
Click on 
in order to generate the results.
Click on 
in order to reverse the journal.
