Overview
Budget bill of materials, allows the user to define and maintain the bill of materials per item in order to enable the capture of budgets per item.
Function
Click on 
in order to create a new bill of materials.
Materials
BOM Item Code- enter the code for the new BOM Item
Item Description - enter description for the new BOM
Stores Item Code - Select one using the picker
Nature - Will be populated when Stores Item Code is selected.
Click on the 
button to save the added Bill of Materials.
Items per budget
To add a new items per budget link click on the 
button.
Select a budget type, Year and Version using the drop down arrows.
Select a BOM Item Code using the picker.
The Standard Unit Cost will automatically be populated.
Click on the 
button to save.
Items per responsibility
To add a new items per responsibility link click on the 
button.
Select the BOM Item Code range using the pickers.
Select a Responsibility using the picker.
Click on the 
button to save.
Pricing
Click on the 
button.
Select the Budget Type, Year and Version using the drop down arrows.
Select the BOM Item Code using the picker.
Click on the 
button to continue.
The rest of the fields will automatically be populated.
Changes can be made to the inflation and budget options.
When completed, click on the 
button to save.
Data for each tab can be amended and deleted using the 
and 
buttons.
When completed, click on the
