| Supporting documentation uploaded to the DocVault can usually be deleted. However, once Workflow approval is completed, uploaded documentation can no longer be deleted. This is applicable to the following Workflow approvals withing PM Asset Approval (new & amend), Journal Approval (capture & reverse), Supplier Approval, EPR and claim approval, e-Requisitions.
