DeltaERP: Capturing a New Fixed Asset!

DID YOU KNOW!
  • When purchasing a new Fixed Asset, the cost is posted to the FA Class cost account in the Ledger.
  • When you subsequently capture that new FA into the FA Register, the cost is only posted to the FA subsystem, not the Ledger as well.
  • These two postings ensure the subsystem remains in balance with the Ledger.
  • We have now added an appropriate reminder message to the user when capturing the new Fixed Asset.

DeltaERP: Order Modification Enhancement!

When Workflow approval is disabled, a buyer is able to amend released order details. You can then select multiple lines and simultaneously edit the account and responsibility fields. DeltaERP Login Reset: Our commitment to security!

When a user's logon to DeltaERP fails 3 times (due to an incorrect username or password), they will be locked out. This is another example of our commitment to security and accountability. After this has happened, the System Administrator then has to perform a login reset.
