Overview
The ticket report by status allows you to generate a report showing all production tickets and their status.
Function
Once the application is opened you will have the following options:
Ticket Type Range - Select a range of ticket types using the pickers or leave blank for all.
Ticket Status Selection - Select which ticket statuses you would like tot generate the report for by checking the applicable tick boxes.
Once completed, click on the 
button to generate a report preview:
