Overview
This application is used to report on the efficiency of tickets upon completion.
Function
When the application is opened, you will have the following options:
Complete the selection criteria or leave blank for all. Select whether you want to report on all tickets, tickets in progress or completed tickets only. When you select completed tickets only the completion date selection fields will be enabled.
Once completed, click on the 
button.
Summary Report Option
Exceptions > 10% only Report Option
When you select the Detail report option the selection criteria will change to the following:
Enter the ticket type and ticket number (these are compulsory for the detail option) and select the applicable asset(s). Click on the 
button to generate a report preview.
