Overview:
This application is used in the Workflow process as an additional step before final approvals can be done. It is not available to all clients but can be requested.
Function:
When the application is opened you can view all the approvals currently set up.
The 'RespCode' field displays the responsibility code in charge of the approval.
The 'RespName' field displays the responsibility name in charge of the approval.
'RespTenderLow' and 'RespTenderHigh' is the range in between which the order will escalate to the relevant responsibility for approval. When the value of the order goes above the 'RespTenderHigh' amount it will go for approval to the next responsibility as set up and shown in the grid.
You can select the limit type to view by clicking on the respective radio button.
The 'RF Value Levels' tab
Here you can set up the limit for the amount that should go for approvals. In the above example, anything less than R2 000.00 would not have to go for approval.
Anything higher than R10 000.00 will then escalate to the 'Delegate Range' for approval as set up in the 'Requisition Limits' tab.
