Overview
This application generates various reports on stores issues and requisitions.
Function
When the application is opened, you will view the following options:
Stores Issues by Day
This option generates a report on the quantities issued per item per day, for a selected period.

Unconfirmed Picking Slips
This option generates a report on picking slips printed but not yet released.

Unreleased Requisitions
Generates a report on requisitions for which picking slips have been printed but no stores issues have taken place and for which no picking slips have been printed yet.

Requisitions Processed
Generates a report on all the requisitions which have been processed.

Fuel Requisitions
Generates a report on all the requisitions for fuel, with how many litres were requested and the cost of each requisition.

Back Orders Satisfied
When there is a request for a stores issue and the item requested is out of stock, the system automatically creates a back order for the item. A purchase order can then be revised for the stock item in the normal course of operation. The back-order quantities are considered in the recommended order quantity. When the items are received, the system will automatically print a picking slip for all requisitions that were placed on backorder.
This option generates a report on all the backorders which were satisfied

Back Order Requisition Processed
When there is a request for a stores issue and the item requested is out of stock, the system automatically creates an order for the item and the requisition is placed on backorder.
This option generates a list of all the picking slips on backorder

Reports on all requisitions and groups them by status.

Generates a report of all overdue requisitions.

Reports on all stock currently borrowed and view the quantities vs the quantities returned.
