Introduction
The Stock Item Transfer application allows the user to transfer an item quantity to another item quantity within the same warehouse. The system will reflect a quantity decrease of the original item and a quantity increase of the other item. If the two item quantities are in different bin locations, the specified item will be moved to the other item's bin location.
Functionality is available to stop the processing actioned by this application for a selected item. When a Stock Take that includes a specific item and store is in progress an option has been provided to prevent processing of transactions on a selected item. This functionality is controlled by a parameter called STK_TAKE_STOP_PROCESS and can either be set to Y or N.
Function
•Store - Select the 'Store' using the picker .
•Item From - Select the 'Item From' using the picker.
•Item To - Select the 'Item To' using the picker.
•QTY to Move - Enter the quantity you would like to convert.
If there is a stock take in progress you will not be able to transfer the stock items:

once the above information has been entered and the following pop up message will appear, stating the transaction was posted successfully.
