Overview
The Mine is divided into a hierarchy of Sections. This application is used to set up and maintain these sections.
Function
When the application is opened, you will view the following screen:
Use the picker to enter the section code or select it from the grid at the bottom of the screen. Section codes can also be selected by using the section hierarchy tree on the left of the screen. Once selected, the details will be populated in the fields.
Sections can be amended by selecting the section code you wish to amend and clicking on the 
button.
Only certain sections are editable. If you can’t amend the selected section, you will receive the following warning message:
Enter the applicable amendments and click on the 
button to confirm.
Click on the 
button to add a new section.
Enter the new Section Name and all relevant details.
Select the Section Parent Code to define the new Section in the Mine Hierarchy and capture the costing area, contractor, transport group and Section Code using the pop-up Search Box facilities.
Click on the 
button at the bottom of the screen to save the new Section.
You can delete a section code by selecting it and clicking on the 
button. You will receive the following confirmation messages:
