Overview
This application enables the user to generate a report for all or selected profiles showing all the employees linked to the profile and their level of access rights for each menu application.
Function
Generate a Report
•Select the Profile range using the pickers, alternatively leave blank to select all profiles.
•Select to show the complete menu regardless of whether the selected profile has access rights to the application. Tick the show only the menu application for which the profile has access rights.
•Select the option 'Page Break' to have the system automatically put each profile on a separate page.
•The Exclude Disabled Profiles tick box allows or disallows for all or only active profiles to be printed.
Select the 
button to generate the print preview.
Show Complete Menu option is selected
