Overview
This application allows the user to capture procedures as well as to create a visit with a particular patient.
Function
Visit number - select the visit number by clicking on the drop down arrow.
To create a visit, click on the 
button.
Select the patient name and click on create.
Click on 'Yes' in order to print the visitcard.
