Overview
This application allows the user to either reset the Delta user record or to reset a password.
Function
When the application is opened, you will view the following screen:
Reset options - select which option you would like to reset – User Record or Password.
Employee - select the name of the employee using the 
.
If you have selected to reset Delta user record click on 
, alternatively if you have selected to reset password, click on 
. The option you choose will enable the applicable button.
