Overview
This application allows the user to view and print selected drilldowns as per status, period and class.
Function
Asset Drilldown
Drill down using the 
button. Data can be printed using the 
button.
Capex drilldown
•Status - select the status of the drilldown, closed, active or both.
•Choose to round off cents by selecting the option available. If you wish to round to the nearest (000) select the rounding option available by ticking the check box.
•Period - select the financial period by clicking on the picker and selecting the year and month.
•Class - select the type of class of the drilldown by clicking on the drop down arrow and selecting the type from the list provided.
Financial cost drilldown
•Period - select the financial period by clicking on the picker in order to select the year and month.
Financial nature drilldown
•Period - select the financial period by clicking on the picker in order to select the year and month.
Full nature drilldown
•Financial Period - select the financial period by clicking on the picker in order to select the year and month.
•Cost Center - Type in the name of the cost center you wish to display.
PM Cost Drilldown
•Period - select the financial period by clicking on the picker in order to select the year and month.
Project drilldown
•Should the amounts shown be rounded (000)? Untick the box to display full amounts.
•Project class - select the type of class by clicking on the picker and selecting from the list provided.
•Time span - select the length of time, a year, month etc by clicking on the drop down arrow.
•Status - select the status of the project, active, closed or both.
•Currency - select the type of currency.
•Budget type - click on the drop down arrow in order to select a budget type from the list provided.
•Period - select the financial period by clicking on the picker, selecting the year and month from the calendar provided.
•Choose to include history by selecting the tick box.
Purchase Order drilldown
•Use the tree view to drill down through buyers.
