Document Register Enquiry

Overview

This application allows you to search for documents, view the information for each and print reports.

 

Function

When the application is opened you can select and enter your search criteria or use the tree on the left of the screen.  Click on the button to continue.

 

To view any of the uploaded documents, double click on the file in the tree view to open.

The search results will be displayed in the grid.  Double click on a line item to view the item in the 'Information' tab:

 

The reporting options are as follows:

 

Make the report selections as required.  The document ranges can be left blank for all.

Click on the button to generate the report.
