Overview
This application allows the user to generate a report displaying information that compare actual figures against a budget, a selected period and year to date amounts are displayed.
Function
When you open the Cost and Commitment Report application you will have the following criteria to select from:
Level of Report:
Level 1 - Reporting will be done by Department
Level 2 - Reporting will be done by Department by Cost Center
Level 3 - Reporting will be done by Department by Cost Center by Nature
Level 4 - Reporting will be done Detailed by Department by Cost Center by Nature.
Select information as applicable to generate a report. Click on the button to view a print preview of the report.
