Overview
This application is used to maintain the Chart of Account, Account Groups and Account Sub Groups.
Function
When the application is opened you will have the following options:
You can use the Account picker to select an account and view the details for it.
These detail can be edited or deleted using the

buttons.
Group codes and names for accounts are set up and maintained using the Account Group tab.
Account Sub Groups are set up and maintained using the Account Sub Group tab.
The 
button is used to change any selected account to an Income Statement account.
The copy to all companies functionality is parameter driven and has three different settings:
0 - The functionality is disabled (check box not enabled for editing) and the check box is unticked.
1 - The functionality is disabled (check box not enabled for editing) and the check box is ticked.
2 - The functionality is enabled (check box is enabled for editing) and the check box is unticked for manual editing.
