Overview
This application allows the user to view a project in a drill down format.
Function
•Status - select the status of the drill down, active, closed or both.
•Round Off Cents - select this option in order to round off cents.
•Rounding 000 - select this option in order to round off to the nearest 000.
•Period - select the period / date by clicking on the picker.
•Class - select the class of the drill down by clicking on the picker.
Select the 
button to view the drill down.
Level 1
This drilldown report caters for clients using the Dynamic project structure as well. Some of the fields will differ and the nature and project accounts will be filtered out based on the responsibility codes linked to the user viewing the report.
The Chart tab
•Select the viewing by clicking on the drop down arrow and select the value or %.
Select the type of chart you would like to view by selecting from the following list:
