Overview
Ageing of outstanding purchase orders generates a report for all purchase orders which have passed their promised date. There are three report options which can be selected:
•Overdue Orders – these are all purchase orders which have been released and not yet received or purchase orders which have been GRV'd and only partially received.
•Goods Awaiting Booking in – these are all the orders which have been released and are awaiting to be GRVd by stores. This option excludes partial deliveries.
•All Orders – this generates a report with all the Overdue Orders and Goods Awaiting Booking in.
This application allows for restricted viewing access, which can be maintained using the Profile Maintenance application.
