Overview
This application generates a report on the stock on hand, per item class. The quantity and value of stock on hand is shown.
To generate more than one month, the user would need to go back and look at the history.
Function
Generate the Report
Select the following information:
•Period - select the period to generate the report for using the picker.
•Select a Store range, Department rang and Category range or leave blank for all.
•Report - select the type of report to generate:
oDetail
oSummary
•Sort By - select the order by which the order should be sequenced by.
oItem Class
oCategory
oNature
oStore
oControl Code
oCritical\Insurance Stock
oItem type
oItem Control Account
oItem with no location
oDepartment
•Exclude Zero Balances - select this option to exclude stock with zero balances.
•Exclude closed items with Zero balances - select this option to exclude closed stock with zero balances.
•Show Item Comments - This option is only available for the detail report option.
•Only Show Stock Value - This option will only show the monetary value of the stock.
Select the 
button to generate the report results.
