In the bottom right on the screen (highlighted in yellow) you will find a tick box that says Disable Menu Upon Stock Take Activation. What this means that this will block all menu access to applications that stock movement is involved. The menus cannot be blocked as long as they remain open and thus the system warns you that these menus need to be closed before you can continue. However if you do a Stock Take without ticking that particular box, you can run a Stock Take while others are using DeltaERP, there is a Parameter that can be enabled by you to stop any stock movement of the Items being counted in the Stock take. Only the items that are being counted will be blocked from movement and all others can still be processed. Functionality exists to disable items selected for a stock count: Disable stock processing menu options for item/store with active stock take (Y/N). This is parameter driven.
