Overview
This application allows the user to view (per stock item), the number of shortages that have occurred.
Function
•Report to - select the financial period by clicking on the picker. Select the date from the calender.
•Store Code - select the store name, eg. Pharmacy.
•From Item - select the name of the item by clicking on the picker and selecting from the look up list.
•To Item - select the name of the item by selecting the item from the look up list.
Click on 
in order to generate the report.
