Overview
This application is used to report on stacks available in the finished good store, with two main options:
•Summary option: Stock ageing of available stacks
•Detail option: All stacks available in stock and for which sales order the stacks were produced
Function
Both report options allow for Debtor Range, Sales Order Range, Item Range and Date Range selections. The Date Range allows for either Date Booked-In or Order Date filtering.
Note: When filtering on Order Date, all stacks which were not created for a specific sales order, will be excluded from the report. This applies to both report options.
Summary
The summary report is an ageing report of all stacks currently available in the stores, summarized per Debtor and Item.
Grouping on the report can be by Debtor or Item, as per the selected radio button.
Ageing is done on stock quantities, stock value or sales price.
When all sales orders linked to a bulk order are completed, the link between the ticket and sales order will be reported on.
The Sales Price option reports on the latest sales price for the debtor. If not found it will report on the custom price for the debtor. If not found it will report on the default sales price for the item on EXW price basis.
All items without any price lists are excluded from the report when the age by Sales Price option is selected.
These 3 options are only available for the summary option and will be disabled when the detail report option is selected.

Detail Report Option
This option reports on each stack currently in stock with its quantity and value displayed, as well as against which sales order the stack was created for, based on the link between Production Ticket, Bulk Order and Sales Order.
