Overview
This application allows a user to generate a medical type item report based on the Store, Class, Buyer and the Item lead time.
Function
Select the Store name, the Class, All buyers or a selected buyer and the Item lead time.
Once you have completed the selection fields, click on 'View' in order to view the report or click on 'Generate' in order to generate/print the report.
If you have selected the 'View' option, all the records will appear in the history grid.
You can add a new recommended requisition by clicking on 
Fill in the Item code and Store code by clicking on the picker.
The remaining fields will automatically be entered.
By default, the comment field will be populated with the item’s long description. The users are still entitled to update this field, should they wish to enter their own comment.
The comment is later used as the e-Req description when the recommendation is accepted.
Click on 'Ok' in order to post the new record.
Click on 'Print' in order to generate the records/report.
