Overview
This application allows the user to generate a report displaying monthly project expediture.
Function
Select the following:
•Reporting Period - Select the period you wish to report on using the picker.
•Select if you want the project generated with each vote on a new page.
•Choose to show active projects only or leave unchecked for all.
•Budget Selection - select the budget year, type and version using the pickers provided. The Budget Version drop down list will populate with information based on the Budget Type selection.
•Project Range - select the project 'From' and 'To' using the picker or enter the information manually. The Project To field will automatically be updated with the information entered in the Project From field. This can be changed.
•Nature Range - Select the Nature Range for the projects. Leave blank to select all natures. The Nature To range will automatically be updated with the information entered in the Nature From field but can be changed.
•Votes - select the votes for which you wish to view the report. The votes will all be selected by default.
•Levels - Select the level you wish to generate the report for.
Select the 
button to generate the report.
