Overview
This application allows the user to create a monthly medical report by selecting the specific month and generating the report by clicking on the report button.
Function
•Select the month by clicking on the picker.
•Click on the tick in order to proceed.
Once you have selected the month, click on the 
button in order to generate the medical report.
