Overview
This application allows the user to capture and maintain items such as Allergies, IDC (International Disease Classification), Illnesses etc of a particular patient.
Function
The following tabs are available in this application:
Allergies
•This tab is used to maintain the allergies master table.
•Select the Allergy Name by clicking on the preferred row.
•Click on if you wish to edit the Allergy Name.
•Click on in order to post the record.
Consultation Result
•This tab is used to maintain the consultation result master table.
Select the consultation result regarding the patient.
•Click on in order to edit the Result Name.
•Click on in order to post the record.
Dependant Relationship
•This tab is used to maintain the dependant relationship master table.
•Select the dependant relationship name by clicking on the row.
•Click on in order to edit the Relationship Name.
•Click on in order to post the record.
Dosage Template
•This tab is used to maintain the dosage template master table.
•Select the dosage recommendation for the patient by clicking on the row.
•Click on in order to edit the Template Name.
•Click on in order to post the record.
IDC (International Disease Classification)
•This tab is used to maintain the IDC master table.
•Select the IDC name by clicking on the preferred row.
•Click on in order to edit the IDC Name and the Govern Code.
•Click on in order to post the record.
Illness
•This tab is used to maintain the illness master table.
•Select the illness name by clicking on the preferred row.
•Click on in order to edit the Illness Name, IDC Code, Illness Grip Code and the Region Code.
•Click on in order to post the record.
Illness Group
•This tab is used to maintain the Illness group master table.
•Select the Illness Group Name by clicking on the preferred row.
•Click on in order to edit the Illness Group Name and the Illness Code From & To.
•Click on in order to post the record.
Illness Region
•This tab is used to maintain the Illness Region master table.
•Select the Illness Region Name by clicking on the preferred row.
•Click on in order to edit the Region Name and the Region List Number.
•Click on in order to post the record.
Medical Aid Deduction
•This tab is used to maintain the Medical Aid Deduction master table.
•Select the Medical Aid Deduction Code by clicking on the preferred row.
•Click on in order to edit the Deduction Value.
•Click on in order to post the record.
Medical Category
•This tab is used to maintain the Medical Category master table.
•Select the Medical Category Name by clicking on the preferred row.
•Click on in order to edit the Category Name or Limit.
•Click on in order to post the record.
Medical Aid
•This tab is used to maintain the Medical Aid master table.
•Select the Medical Aid Name by clicking on the preferred row.
•Click on in order to edit the Employee Rate, Company Rate, The Debtor Code and the Markup percentage.
•Click on in order to post the record.
Procedure Type
•This tab is used to maintain the Procedure Type master table.
•Select the type of procedure by clicking on the preferred row.
•Click on in order to edit the Procedure Type Name, Base Unit Cost, Unit Cost incl.VAT, Account Det.Code, Priority Code and Status Code.
•Click on in order to post the record.
Specialist
•This tab is used to maintain the Specialist master table.
•Select the name of the specialist by clicking on the preferred row.
Click on in order to edit the Specialist Type, Name, Field, Address, Phone Number, Fax Number, E-mail, Employee Code and Status Code.
Click on in order to post the record.
