Overview
This application creates a month-end summary of all patient visits as well as medication for the selected dates for submission to the medical aid.
Function
•Date Range - select between Date Range or Period.
•Medical Aid - select the medical aid name by clicking on the picker.
•Report Type - select the type of report you would like to generate, a detailed report or summarized report.
•To include the hospital stay overs, select the available tick box.
Click on Print in order to generate the Summary/Detail report.
