Overview
A stores Inability Control report option is also available. The purpose of this report is to monitor, review and flag requisitions which were completed before satisfying the full ordered item quantity.This application generates a list of all requisitions captured for which there is insufficient stock of the items, to satisfy the requisition. This report is printed and the items are ordered. Once a back order picking slip is printed the requisition will automatically be removed from this list.
Function
Generate the Report
Select the following information:
•Inabilities by - select either Class, Buyer Name (Which enables buyer selection), Store or Control Report.
•Order by - select the option for which the information must be sorted.
•Printer Type - choose the type of printer to be used.
•Reorder types - select the reorder type.
oType 5 - Needs Manual Intervention
oType 6 - System will reorder
oType 7 - Consignment
•Report type - select the report type.
•Order Promise Date - select the Original Promise Date or Revised Promise Date.
•Stock Code - select the stock range using the pickers, alternatively leave blank to select all.
•Accounts - select the account type by clicking on the picker.
•Responsibility - select the responsibility range using the pickers, alternatively leave blank to select all.
•Dates - select the date range using the drop down arrows.
Click on
