How do I log a call with the helpdesk?

To log an enhancement or support related call with our helpdesk, send a detailed email to [email protected].  Please be sure to include clear screenshots for us to easily identify the application as well as step by step instructions.  When we receive your email, a call will be assigned to one of our expert developers to assess the call and continue assisting you.
