Overview
This application allows the user to generate a drilldown report based on the report type, budget type and how the report should be summarized (quarter by period, by quarter, selected period or upto period)
Function
•Select how you would like the report to be summarized, by quarter by period, by quarter, selected period or up to the period selected.
•Report - select the report description.
•Year - select the year of the drilldown.
•Choose to include zeros in the report by selecting the option available.
•Select the type of currency, ZAR or USD.
•Select the type of budget by clicking on the drop down arrow.
•Click on 
in order to view the exception report options.
Select one of these reporting options.
•Click on 
in order to generate the data.
•Click on 
in order to import data to an excel spreadsheet.
