Overview
This drilldown allows the user to view cost related data from a high level summary and then drilldown
through the various levels to the individual transactions. This can be done from Cost, Nature and Responsibility level.
This application allows for restricted viewing access, which can be maintained using the Profile Maintenance application.
Function
•Period - select the financial period by clicking on the picker and selecting the date from the calendar provided.
•Base - select the type of currency, ZAR or USD.
•Choose to include commitments per period or to also include history.
•Once you have selected the 'history' or 'commitments' option, all relevant information will appear in the grid below.
•Budget version - select budget 1 or budget 2.
•Click on 
in order to import the data to an Excel spreadsheet.
•Click on 
in order to generate the drill down report.
